
Sr. Finance Analyst

Position Summary
The Sr. Financial Analyst – Crane Convenience plays a critical role in enabling profitable growth across the Convenience BU’s strategic customer base. This role provides deep financial analysis, advanced reporting, and proactive business partnership to support pricing, commercial strategy, forecasting, and global account planning. Working within CPI’s finance organization, the Sr. Financial Analyst enables data‑driven decisions that optimize revenue, margins, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor financial performance by analyzing key drivers such as volume trends, pricing impacts, cost reductions, and mix performance.
Provide actionable insights to account managers and senior leadership to support revenue growth, margin expansion, and operational efficiency.
Participate in the development and consolidation of budgets, forecasts, and monthly performance reports for assigned business units and customer portfolios.
Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies, USGAAP standards, and internal audit requirements.
Maintain accuracy and integrity in account level reporting, ensuring transparency in financial results.
Develop KPI dashboards tracking revenue, margin, operating profit, cash flow, and capital investments, consistent with CPI’s FP&A standards.
Produce and automate daily order and sales tracking reporting.
Produce monthly business reviews, forecast packages, and executive‑level account summaries.
Conduct financial deep dives on customer portfolios, evaluating pricing performance, rebate structures, discounting, and contract compliance.
Drive continuous improvement in data governance, process automation, and reporting accuracy.
Various ad hoc reporting requests.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
4+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably supporting a global manufacturing or technology organization.
Advanced Excel skills.
Strong forecasting, analytical, and financial modeling capabilities.
Experience working with large datasets and business intelligence tools.
Preferred
Manufacturing industry experience.
Experience with Qlik, EDW, HFM, and EPM.
Prior experience in FP&A or commercial finance supporting enterprise accounts.

This will be a hybrid position based in the CPI offices in Malvern, PA. The role will be considered only for talent in the Philadelphia metro region; relocation assistance will not be provided.
