Position Summary
Responsible for coaching student athletes in game strategies and techniques to prepare them for athletic competition. Motivate student athletes to develop an appreciation of the sport.
Essential Functions
Instructs players in the rules, regulations, and techniques of cross country.
Organizes and directs practice activities/exercises, assessing players’ skills, monitoring players during competition and practice.
Supervises athletes during practices and competition.
