Alpine Healthcare Center & Langdon Place of Keene is seeking an experienced, motivated, and relationship-driven

Marketing & Admissions Director

to lead census development and oversee the admissions process. This key leadership role focuses on strengthening referral relationships, driving occupancy, and ensuring a seamless admissions experience for residents and families.

Position Overview
The Marketing & Admissions Director is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing referral relationships, and overseeing the admissions process from inquiry through admission. This role works closely with clinical leadership, the business office, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure appropriate admissions, accurate payer setup, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Census Development

Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive census growth

Build and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, case managers, ACOs, and community partners

Represent Langdon Place of Keene in the community through networking, outreach, and events

Track referrals, admissions, and conversion metrics

Admissions Management

Oversee the admissions process end-to-end, ensuring timely and appropriate admissions

Coordinate with clinical and business office teams for payer verification, authorizations, and bed management

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility admissions requirements

Provide exceptional communication and support to residents and families during the admissions process

Qualifications

Prior experience in admissions, marketing, or business development in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting preferred

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Knowledge of payer sources, authorization processes, and long-term care regulations

Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven

Ability to work independently while collaborating with a leadership team
