Position Summary
The Marketing Director is responsible for driving census growth, managing the admissions process, and building strong referral relationships within the local healthcare community.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners
Manage the full admissions process including tours, intake, and follow-up
Drive census growth and support facility goals
Represent the facility at community events and networking opportunities
Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to ensure smooth resident transitions
Track and report referral activity and conversion outcomes
Monitor local market trends and competitors
Qualifications
Experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, or business development (SNF/LTC preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance processes preferred
Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
