Commercial Property Manager

Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate real estate transactions, including renewals
Oversee and coordinate tenant improvement and lease ready projects
Investigate and resolve tenant issues
Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
Ensure all work orders and repair requests are processed in a timely manner
Review and approve invoices for properties within individual portfolio
Complete monthly reports regarding, occupancy, variances, and improvements
Weekly site visits to each property within individual portfolio
Qualifications
Associates Degree Required
Previous experience in property management or related fields
Familiarity with commercial real estate leases is helpful
Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines
Ability to build rapport with tenants
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Active Arizona Real Estate License
