Position Overview
We are seeking a
highly experienced Night Hotel Operations Manager
to lead all evening hotel operations and ensure a seamless guest experience during evening hours. This role requires a confident, hands‑on leader with deep hospitality experience, exceptional problem‑solving skills, and the ability to manage both routine operations and unexpected situations with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all night hotel operations, including front desk, security, and guest services
Serve as the senior leader on duty during night shifts, making critical decisions as needed
Ensure exceptional guest service standards are maintained at all times
Handle guest concerns, complaints, and emergency situations with professionalism and urgency
Supervise, train, and support overnight staff, fostering accountability and high performance
Conduct night audits, review reports, and ensure accuracy of financial and operational data
Monitor safety and security procedures to protect guests, staff, and property
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure readiness for the next day
Prepare shift reports and communicate key updates to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
5–8+ years of hotel operations experience , with significant leadership responsibility
Proven experience managing front office or night operations in a hotel setting
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent judgment and ability to make decisions independently
Advanced problem‑solving and conflict resolution abilities
Strong knowledge of hotel systems, night audit procedures, and reporting tools
Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
Experience with property management systems (PMS) and night audit software
Background in handling emergency procedures and safety protocols
Demonstrated success in improving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
