We are hiring a General Manager in Dallas, TX to lead high-performing operations within the moving and relocation sector. This senior leadership role will oversee multi-site operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure best-in-class service delivery across household goods (HHG) and office & industrial (O&I) relocations. Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership across all branch and terminal operations within the Dallas market
Oversee end-to-end execution of HHG and O&I relocations, ensuring service excellence
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost control across all operational units
Lead, mentor, and develop operations managers, supervisors, and frontline staff
Establish and monitor KPIs, budgets, and financial performance metrics
Ensure full compliance with DOT regulations, safety standards, and company policies
Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and storage solutions
Manage fleet operations, maintenance programs, and asset utilization
Partner with sales teams to support business development and client retention
Handle high-level client relationships and resolve complex service issues
Implement scalable processes and continuous improvement initiatives
Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and training strategies

Extensive experience in the moving and relocation industry (HHG and/or O&I required)
Proven leadership experience in a senior operations or general management role

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
