Medically Fragile Long-Term Care Home | 7PM7AM | $30/hour
Looking for meaningful nursing care without hospital chaos?
Were hiring a compassionate LPN to provide overnight care in a medically fragile long-term care home setting. This is a stable, relationship-based environment where you truly get to know your residents and make a difference every shift.
*What Youll Do:*
* Provide direct nursing care to medically fragile residents
* Administer medications and treatments
* Monitor vital signs and assess for changes
* Manage skilled needs (tube feedings, trachs,etc)
* Ensure a safe, calm overnight environment
