Job Summary
Now Hiring for Bilingual Customer Service Reps looking for call center experience and fluent French and Spanish bilingual skills! This is fully remote at $16/hr! Must reside in the US and work in the US to be qualified!

Qualifications

Fluent in English and French

1+ year of call center experience

Must live in the United States and work in the US (cannot take equipment out of country, VPN verifies this)

Responsibilities

14 calls an hour, 100% on the phones all day

Verify insurance with agents (e.g., if a deduction is too high)

Upload information to company's internal website

Leave scripted messages when insurance agents don't answer the phone (based on client-approved messages)

Shift

3 weeks of training, Monday‑Friday, 8:30am‑5pm CST

Then shift, Monday‑Friday, 10:30am‑7pm CST

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New York City, NY.

Pay and Benefits

Pay: $16.00 - $16.00/hr
