Neonatologist Position - Flint, MI

Responsibilities

Pediatrix offers an exciting opportunity for aNeonatologist to join a well-established team of experienced providers at Hurley Children's Hospital in Flint, Michigan. This position offers the opportunity to practice in a dynamic, academic-minded environment with strong clinical support. Physicians on a J1 visa are encouraged to apply.
Neonatologist Practice Highlights

44-bed Level III NICU with an average daily census of approximately 30 patients - busy neonatology environment
Regional referral center providing a full spectrum of pediatric subspecialty services
Neonatology responsibilities include attending high-risk deliveries, evaluating critically ill neonates, and providing comprehensive neonatal care
Active residency programs onsite, including OB/GYN, Pediatrics, and Family Medicine
24/7 in-house pediatric resident coverage supporting patient care and education
Close collaborative relationships with the University of Michigan and Wayne State University
Participation in the Vermont Oxford Network (VON) with strong performance across multiple quality metrics
Robust research opportunities available for interested neonatologists
