Culinary Assistant (Jacksonville)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Culinary Assistant to support recipe development and product innovation efforts. This role will work closely with culinary and product teams to validate recipes, assist with concept testing, and help develop new food products and flavor profiles. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone early in their culinary career with a strong interest in food experimentation and innovation.
Qualifications
0–2 years of experience in a kitchen, food lab, test kitchen, or culinary support role
Basic culinary skills with an understanding of measurements and food preparation techniques
Culinary education or training is a plus but not required
