POSITION SUMMARY
The Visual Merchandising (VM) Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and executing all secondary visual merchandising initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand standards and overall business objectives. This role manages timelines, coordinates with internal teams and external partners, and makes key decisions related to promotional visual merchandising execution. The VM Coordinator plays a critical role in planning, implementing, and continuously improving in-store visual strategies while maintaining consistency and brand integrity across all locations.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead collaboration with merchandising and cross-functional partners to execute visual merchandising strategies aligned with corporate and brand objectives. Oversee promotional areas from concept development through final execution and deliverables.
Manage and maintain a project tracking system to oversee signage requests, ensuring accurate updates on graphic production, artwork approvals, and store execution details.
Oversee and approve decisions related to product samples, display fixtures, and visual elements to ensure alignment with merchandising objectives and store capabilities. Coordinate with vendors when needed to ensure proper fit and execution of displays.
Maintain visual consistency across all store environments by ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and approved visual standards.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with Space Planning, Marketing, and Store Operations teams to ensure accuracy in product information, planograms, and store execution details.
Review and approve planogram exceptions and manage updates within promotional planning systems as needed.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4+ years) in retail, merchandising, visual marketing, or a related field.
5–7+ years of experience in visual merchandising, retail merchandising, or visual marketing with demonstrated leadership and decision-making responsibility.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with experience optimizing processes and improving execution efficiency.
Excellent communication skills with experience leading meetings, coordinating cross-functional teams, and working with vendors.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com or similar systems).
Ability to travel periodically to office locations and support in-person merchandising setup/testing environments as needed.
