Summary of the Role
Lead and manage high-level, complex non-technical projects for a big biopharma leader. Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, aligning scope, time, cost, and quality requirements with business objectives. Collaborate closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage one or more strategic, non-technical projects from inception to completion
Coordinate resource allocation and guide all development lifecycle phases, including feasibility, requirements, analysis, ROI, business planning, design, testing, and implementation
Lead and support workshops, preparing and synthesizing presentation materials
Deliver presentations to senior management and stakeholders
Direct activities of project team members and cross-functional groups
Document project requirements and objectives, ensuring advancement per plan
Effectively elevate and resolve project barriers
Obtain and manage external resources as needed
Required Experience & Skills
Proven expertise managing medium to large scale projects
Excellent understanding of project management processes, procedures, and best practices
Hands‑on experience with project management and analysis methodologies
Strong analytical and business process development skills, including change management
Proficiency in MS Project, MS Word, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and SmartSheet
Familiarity with systems for sharing and collaboration
Excellent communication skills for working with cross‑program resources
Tech savvy mindset

Expertise in running medium to large scale projects with strong project management skills
Advanced proficiency in MS Project, MS Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and SmartSheet
Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate workshops, synthesize materials, and deliver presentations
Coordinate and direct team members' activities

Basic Qualifications
Doctorate degree and 3 years of experience
Masters degree and 5 years of experience
Bachelors degree and 7 years of experience
Associates degree and 12 years of experience
High school diploma / GED and 14 years of experience
