We are sharing a specialised part‑time consulting opportunity for educated generalists experienced in personal productivity, research, planning, finance organization, documentation review, learning support, and structured everyday workflow analysis.
This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on structured personal workflow review, life administration, consumer research, logistics planning, finance organization, health documentation, career support, and high‑quality project execution. Selected professionals will apply strong reasoning, writing, and organizational skills to review realistic personal workflow scenarios, evaluate requirements and constraints, prepare structured written outputs, and support accurate, evidence‑based task execution.
Key Responsibilities
Personal Productivity & Life Administration
Review scenarios involving email triage, commitment tracking, calendar planning, gift planning, family logistics, file organization, and photo organization
Evaluate personal workflow outputs against stated priorities, required fields, timing constraints, and source materials
Support structured review of life‑admin artifacts such as task trackers, planning notes, event plans, file taxonomies, and organization systems
Identify missing details, priority conflicts, incomplete steps, and expected workflow outcomes
Research, Planning & Consumer Decision Support
Review scenarios involving product shortlists, service provider comparisons, major purchase research, contractor shortlisting, and travel planning
Evaluate research outputs against stated specifications, budget constraints, comparison criteria, and documented requirements
Support structured review of travel itineraries, move checklists, household logistics plans, comparison tables, and research summaries
Prepare clear written explanations for planning and research decisions based on source materials and verifiable criteria
Finance, Health, Legal & Learning Workflows
Review personal finance scenarios involving transaction categorization, budget reconciliation, spending review, tax preparation materials, and portfolio tracking
Support review of health documentation scenarios such as medical record organization, pre‑appointment briefs, medication tracking, lab summaries, and insurance appeal materials
Review legal, administrative, learning, and career scenarios involving lease or offer letter review, document preparation, resume updates, interview prep, study plans, and course summaries
Maintain accuracy, consistency, and professional judgment across submitted work
Ideal Profile
Strong writing, research, organization, and structured reasoning skills
Comfort working across at least three areas such as personal finance, travel planning, logistics, consumer research, health paperwork, insurance paperwork, legal document review, career resources, learning support, or life administration
Ability to follow detailed instructions, manage explicit constraints, and prioritize competing requirements
Strong attention to detail and comfort working through long‑form, multi‑step tasks
Clear written communication skills and ability to explain reasoning step‑by‑step
Interest in challenging, structured problem sets requiring careful review and sustained focus
Educational Background
A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is helpful
Backgrounds in business, communications, humanities, social sciences, education, finance, healthcare administration, legal support, research, project coordination, or related fields may be relevant
Equivalent experience in personal administration, research, planning, writing‑heavy roles, or structured support work is also valuable
Nice to Have
