Selected professionals will apply their education expertise to review realistic classroom and school scenarios, evaluate instructional materials, prepare structured written outputs, and support accurate, evidence‑based K‑12 education workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Lesson Planning & Instructional Review: Review K‑12 education scenarios involving lesson planning, instructional design, curriculum alignment, grade‑level appropriateness, and classroom learning materials; evaluate instructional outputs against learning objectives, student needs, academic standards, and pedagogical best practices; support structured review of differentiated instruction materials, formative assessments, classroom activities, and subject‑specific teaching resources; identify missing instructional steps, alignment issues, developmental concerns, and expected classroom learning outcomes.
Student Assessment & Support Documentation: Review scenarios involving student assessment, IEP development, behavior intervention planning, student support services, and parent‑teacher communication; evaluate student‑facing and family‑facing materials against source context, educational requirements, accessibility needs, and support goals; support structured review of special education documentation, intervention plans, assessment materials, progress notes, and communication templates; prepare clear written explanations for instructional and student support decisions based on source materials and verifiable criteria.
School Operations, Policy & Education Workflow Support: Review school‑level scenarios involving classroom management, school administration, district policies, professional development, EdTech integration, and education program workflows; evaluate materials connected to IDEA, Title I, ESSA, state standards, school procedures, and district‑level requirements; annotate, label, or validate education data across K‑12 use cases; maintain accuracy, consistency, and professional judgment across submitted work.
Ideal Profile
3+ years of professional experience in K‑12 education, classroom teaching, school administration, instructional coaching, special education, student support services, curriculum development, or district‑level education work.
Background in one or more areas such as classroom instruction, special education, student assessment, school leadership, curriculum alignment, behavior intervention, professional development, or EdTech integration.
Familiarity with K‑12 workflows involving lesson plans, IEPs, student assessments, differentiated instruction, parent communication, classroom management, and school operations.
Comfort reading and preparing education artifacts such as lesson plans, assessment materials, IEP‑related documentation, curriculum maps, intervention plans, parent communications, and professional development materials.
Strong analytical thinking and written communication skills.
Ability to translate classroom and school‑level workflows into clear, structured task documentation.
Educational Background
A degree or professional background in education, teaching, curriculum development, special education, educational leadership, instructional design, child development, psychology, or a related field is helpful.
Teaching certification, school leadership credential, special education credential, or equivalent education experience is highly relevant.
Equivalent practical experience in classroom teaching, student support, school administration, curriculum work, or K‑12 program review is also valuable.
