Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in West Palm Beach, FL. British Feed and Supplies is seeking a Logistics and Operations Coordinator to help manage the daily flow of products, orders, and communication across our business. This role is responsible for coordinating routes, supporting purchasing and inventory planning, organizing LTL shipments, assisting with export paperwork, and serving as a key liaison between our front desk team and warehouse staff. This role will report directly to the CEO and CFO.

The ideal candidate understands how products move through the business, can anticipate ordering needs, and ensures that accurate, up-to-date information is communicated so our team can properly serve customers.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily delivery routes and help ensure orders are scheduled accurately and efficiently.
Help determine ordering needs based on product flow, customer demand, and warehouse activity.
Assist with purchasing and inventory planning to make sure necessary products are available.
Organize and coordinate LTL shipments and other outbound freight as needed.
Prepare and manage export paperwork and related shipping documentation.
Serve as the main point of communication between the warehouse and front desk ordering/billing team.
Ensure the front desk team has accurate, timely information about order status, inventory updates, shipping timelines, and warehouse activity so customers are properly informed.
Work closely with warehouse staff to track movement of products and maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
Identify issues proactively and help resolve communication or operational bottlenecks before they affect customers.
Support overall operational efficiency by keeping information organized, accurate, and flowing between departments.

Requirements
Some experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, shipping, inventory, purchasing, or a related field, whether through college, internships, or prior work experience.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively between office staff, warehouse personnel, vendors, and customers.
Attention to detail and the ability to handle paperwork, scheduling, and operational follow-through accurately.
Comfort working with shipping documents, order flow, and changing daily priorities.
Experience with LTL freight, export documentation, inventory planning, or agricultural/feed operations is a plus, but not required.
