Qualifications
2+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience at a law firm
Substantive dirt real estate background, including two or more of the following: acquisitions & dispositions, commercial leasing, joint ventures, and commercial finance
Strong drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
NY bar admission required; additional admissions a plus
