Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and experienced
Quality Documents and Training Administrator
to join our Commercial Learning + Development (CL+D) team for a 6-month contract. In this critical role, you will lead the planning and execution of high-impact US commercial training events—including New Hire Training and Leadership Training. You will bridge the gap between logistical excellence and strategic project management to ensure a seamless learning experience for our commercial organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Leadership:
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale training events, encompassing venue sourcing, RFP execution, contract negotiation, and production/AV oversight.
Strategic Project Management:
Develop comprehensive project timelines, manage complex cross-functional dependencies, and drive project delivery to meet evolving business needs.
Process Improvement:
Identify efficiency gaps in current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), perform root cause analysis, and implement improvements to streamline execution and document management.
Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners, providing executive-level status updates to senior management.
Logistics & Analysis:
Oversee event registrations and attendee management while utilizing pre- and post-event analytics to drive future programmatic improvements.
Quality Documentation:
Ensure all training materials and event records comply with industry-specific quality standards and internal document retention policies.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s/MBA preferred).
Experience:
7+ years of professional experience with a BS/BA, or 5+ years with an MS/MA/MBA.
Industry Context:
Prior experience within the
biotechnology or pharmaceutical
industry is highly preferred.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and the ability to quickly adapt to new digital project management and learning tools.
Analytical Mindset:
Proven ability to recognize patterns in complex situations, solve problems under pressure, and influence decisions without direct authority.
Certifications:
A Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) credential is a strong plus.

Travel:
Approximately 40% domestic travel required to support regional training events.
