CiresiMorek is engaged to identify a Vice President of Human Resources for a publicly traded, Fortune 1000 industrial organization (~$2B revenue). This is a high-impact leadership role that partners directly with the Division President and the Executive Leadership Team. We are seeking a hands-on, business-oriented HR leader who thrives in performance-driven, operational environments and can align talent strategy with business results. This individual will serve as the lead HR partner to a division, driving people strategy across a multi-site industrial footprint.

Responsibilities:
Advise the Division President and ELT on talent and organizational strategy
Lead HR across a multi-site operation
Drive talent acquisition, development, and succession planning
Partner on org design, workforce planning, and capability building
Oversee performance management and compensation strategy
Lead change initiatives tied to growth and transformation
