JOB DESCRIPTION
Learning & Development Project Manager

Project Support & Execution:
Translate strategic learning plans developed by Senior Learning Consultants into actionable project plans.
Manage end-to-end execution of L&D initiatives, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and delivery coordination using Monday.com.
Track progress, mitigate risks, and adjust plans to ensure successful outcomes.

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination:
Serve as the operational point of contact between SLCs, business stakeholders, instructional designers, facilitators, and vendors.
Ensure all parties are aligned on deliverables, timelines, and expectations.
Provide regular status updates and proactively flag issues to SLCs and leadership.

Learning Program Logistics:
Oversee logistics for virtual and in-person learning events (communications, enrollment, materials, venue/technology).
Coordinate with LMS administrators and technology teams to ensure smooth learning delivery.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement:
Support SLCs in defining success metrics and capturing data to measure program effectiveness.
Gather participant feedback and recommend process improvements to enhance future project delivery.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of project management experience, ideally within corporate L&D or HR.
Familiarity with learning technologies (LMS, virtual platforms) and adult learning principles.
Project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.) preferred.
Learning and Development experience required
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
