Overview
The Learning & Development Project Manager is responsible for executing and operationalizing enterprise learning initiatives led by Senior Learning Consultants. This role focuses on end-to-end project delivery, ensuring learning programs are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives using Monday.com as the primary project management platform.
Key Responsibilities
Project Support & Execution
Translate strategic learning plans from Senior Learning Consultants (SLCs) into detailed, actionable project plans.
Manage full lifecycle execution of L&D programs including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and delivery coordination.
Utilize Monday.com to track milestones, dependencies, timelines, and overall project health.
Identify risks, elevate issues, and adjust project plans to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
Serve as the primary operational liaison between SLCs, business stakeholders, instructional designers, facilitators, and external vendors.
Ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and expectations across all parties.
Provide consistent status reporting and proactively raise risks or delays to SLCs and leadership.
Learning Program Logistics
Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person training programs including communications, enrollments, materials, venues, and technology setup.
Partner with LMS administrators and IT/learning technology teams to ensure seamless program delivery.
Support scheduling and facilitation readiness for learning sessions.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
Assist SLCs in defining program success metrics and performance indicators.
Collect and analyze participant feedback and engagement data.
Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, learner experience, and program impact.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in corporate Learning & Development or HR environments.
Hands‑on experience with Monday.com or similar project management platforms (required).
Familiarity with LMS platforms, virtual learning tools, and adult learning principles.
PMP, CAPM, Agile, or similar certification preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
