Accountabilities
Define and implement sales strategies across North America region and verticals.
Manage the sales cycle from the conversion of meetings into opportunities to securing a long-term deal.
Recruit and retain a successful and driven sales team.
Report on weekly and monthly sales forecasts, driving forecast accuracy and pipeline tracking.
Provide ongoing support and training to your team.
Maintain high level of industry knowledge, best practices and developments within target markets.
Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams to achieve company goals.
Requirements
5+ years' experience in a sales leadership position with full sales cycle coverage.
Excellent sales track record, ideally within financial software solutions (SaaS).
Consistent track record of new business enterprise sales achievement.
Passion for entrepreneurship and customer value driven.
Experience in executing defined and repeatable sales strategies.
Ability to engage with CxO level with proven results.
Self-starter with a passion for driving growth.
Ability to build a strong sales team in a fast-paced environment.
Master’s Degree preferred.
