$70,000 – $90,000 annual base salary

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience handling commercial auto claims
Strong knowledge of insurance policy language, coverage analysis, and claims investigation techniques
Proficiency with claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Adjuster license in applicable states is required or must be obtained
Job Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of commercial auto and general liability claims with a focus on timely, accurate resolution
Conduct thorough investigations, including review of accident reports, interviews, and supporting documentation
Analyze coverage and assess liability in accordance with policy terms and regulatory requirements
Communicate with policyholders, claimants, attorneys, and other involved parties to facilitate fair settlements
Coordinate with appraisers, repair facilities, and medical professionals to ensure accurate evaluation of damages
