We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate. Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring proper handling of inbound and outbound shipments, and supporting overall operational efficiency while adhering to safety, quality, and client standards.

Hours: M-F 7:30am to 4:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

Receiving and inbound processing

Picking, packing, and outbound shipping

Inventory control and cycle counting

Accurately receive incoming shipments by unloading, verifying, and documenting product against packing lists and system records

Inspect inbound shipments for damage and report discrepancies or shortages. Put away inventory in correct storage locations using WMS and RF scanning equipment

Pick, pack, and prepare orders according to client specifications, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging

Operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks as required

Perform cycle counts and assist with maintaining accurate inventory levels

Track and report inventory movement errors or discrepancies within the warehouse management system (WMS)

Ensure all outbound shipments are accurate, properly packaged, and free of damage

Maintain clean and organized work areas

Assist with labeling, banding and staging shipments for dispatch.
