Role Description

We are seeking a Part time on-site Audio Visual Specialist for our location in Boynton Beach, FL. In this role, you will oversee the setup, operation, and support of AV equipment for church services, events, and meetings. Responsibilities include managing video conferencing, maintaining and troubleshooting AV systems, and ensuring high-quality audio and visual experiences for attendees. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members to meet the technical needs of events and provide exceptional support for presenters and participants.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Audio Visual Support and operation of Audio Visual (AV) Systems
• Experience with Video Conferencing platforms and solutions
• Strong Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues
• Customer Service skills for effectively assisting users and addressing their needs
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with a diverse team
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required for events
• Previous experience in a church or non-profit setting is a plus
