Job Summary
Under general direction of the supervisor of Nutrition and Food Services Managers, this role performs newborn photography, preparation and photography for special events and functions, conference room audio‑visual support, and any additional duties. The incumbent is responsible for overseeing all photographic documentation and visual communication needs of the healthcare facility, collaborating with medical staff and ensuring visual content meets high standards for quality, compliance, and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Photography preferred.
Experience in a photography role, preferably in a healthcare setting (2‑3 years preferred). Experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Expertise in camera equipment, lighting, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Dropbox).
Ability to produce high‑quality images with precision, ensuring all visual content meets medical standards.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with medical staff and patients.
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality in medical photography.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
