QUICK SUMMARY
The Quality Administrator is responsible for creating, maintaining, and submitting quality documentation to customers while supporting internal quality processes including RMAs, certifications, and reporting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Create and submit customer documentation (FAIs, certs, reports)
Collect and manage supplier certifications (material, plating, hardware)
Process RMAs and support NCR documentation
Generate inspection reports and Certificates of Conformance
Support quality checks and ensure documentation accuracy
Maintain organized digital records and files
REQUIREMENTS :
High school diploma or GED required
2+ years of manufacturing or related experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with GD&T or print reading (Preferred)
