The Senior Billing Specialist will manage the full billing cycle, including prebill review, invoice processing, and eBilling submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client guidelines. This role partners closely with attorneys and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, support reporting, and contribute to efficient billing operations. Client Details Our client is an established international law firm known for its strong reputation across key practice areas including litigation, restructuring, and corporate law. Description Prepare, review, and process client invoices in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure compliance with firm billing policies and client-specific guidelines. Collaborate with attorneys and internal teams to review prebills and resolve billing discrepancies. Maintain and update billing records within the firm's accounting systems. Support eBilling submissions through various electronic platforms, ensuring successful transmission and compliance. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including reporting and reconciliations. Generate and analyze billing and A/R reports to support financial operations. Identify opportunities to improve billing processes and enhance efficiency. Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and internal stakeholders regarding billing inquiries. Profile A successful Senior Billing Specialist should have: 3+ years of legal billing experience, preferably within a mid to large law firm environment. Strong understanding of billing systems such as Elite 3E, Aderant, or similar, and eBilling platforms. Experience with full-cycle billing, including prebills, edits, and invoice processing. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities when working with attorneys and clients. A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and improve processes. Job Offer Competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 USD. Comprehensive standard benefits package.
