My client is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead high‑end custom home projects throughout South Carolina and select nearby markets, overseeing all on‑site construction activities and reporting directly to senior leadership. Description Oversee all on‑site construction activities for high‑end custom residential projects, ensuring work is executed in accordance with plans, specifications, schedules, and quality standards. Coordinate and lead subcontractors and trade partners, maintaining strong relationships, clear communication, and high expectations for craftsmanship and professionalism. Manage project schedules, site logistics, and safety, proactively identifying risks and resolving issues to keep projects on track. Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, designers, and internal millwork teams to ensure seamless execution of highly detailed, design‑driven homes. Serve as the primary on‑site representative for the client, upholding a white‑glove experience through clear communication, quality control, and attention to detail from start to finish. Profile 5+ years of superintendent experience on high‑end, custom residential projects, with a strong preference for $2M-$5M+ luxury homes Detail‑driven and quality‑focused, with a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, architectural intent, and delivering a white‑glove client experience. Strong leader and communicator who builds trust with subcontractors, project managers, and design teams while maintaining professionalism on site. Technically proficient, including experience with Procore, scheduling, and coordinating complex, highly detailed scopes across multiple trades. Stable career history and growth mindset, motivated, eager to take ownership of projects, and aligned with a long‑term role at a values‑driven firm.
