Job Description

Manage all phases of construction from preconstruction to closeout

Control project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance

Coordinate consultants, inspectors, and design partners

Maintain quality standards aligned with luxury finishes and details

Communicate clearly with ownership and high‑net‑worth stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

8+ years of project management experience in construction

Strong background in high‑end residential or luxury projects

Experience managing complex, design‑driven builds

Polished, professional presence with strong client communication

Proven stability and leadership on marquee projects
