Position Summary
Position title: SAP Spend Management and Finance iXp Intern – Intern, Global Events
Location: Atlanta, GA
Expected start date: June 15, 2026
Contract Duration: 12 months
Work Hours: 40 hours per week
Responsibilities
Supporting key activities and executional elements at events, including the show floor, break‑out sessions and special programs
Supporting administrative tasks such as weekly updates and managing back‑end processes
Working very closely with the communications lead and content lead to support and ensure alignment and execution of all tasks required
Supporting the communications strategy with website updates and organization of content for the web team
Assisting in pulling content from multiple places into one weekly report for marketing leadership
Market research: gathering and analysing market data, competitor analysis, and customer feedback
Content creation: creating and editing marketing materials such as blog posts, social media content, newsletters, and product descriptions, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms
Event coordination: assisting in organising and managing marketing events
Social media management: monitoring and engaging with audiences on social media platforms, increasing brand visibility and interaction
Administrative tasks: handling scheduling, meeting coordination, and other administrative duties to free up the PMM's time for subject‑matter expert activities
Qualifications
Excellent writing and communication skills
Exposure to social media and understanding of pull marketing
Understanding of the role of events in the mix of marketing channels
Has a strong customer/user‑focused mindset
Self‑motivated with a proactive approach
Comfortable in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment and willing to travel if needed

Compensation Range Transparency
SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted annual combined range for this position is 0-USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
