In this role, you will perform component inspection, basic assembly tasks, and packaging of finished products in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. Responsibilities may include working with fixtures and hand tools, completing visual inspections, preparing materials for production, and documenting work accurately in manufacturing systems. Operators perform work in ISO Class 7 and 5 cleanroom environments and are expected to follow safety, cleanliness, and contamination-control protocols while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE). This role emphasizes consistency, safe work practices, and supporting smooth production flow across multiple process areas.What You’ll Do:Perform visual inspection of product and take appropriate corrective actions when quality issues are identifiedEnsure product meets established specifications and escalate quality concerns through the proper channelsSupport consistent product quality by following Entegris quality standards, ISO requirements, and other applicable standardsPackage product according to defined packaging specifications and follow all routing steps as documentedPerform assigned production operations in accordance with work orders, manufacturing instructions, and standard work practicesComplete all required documentation accurately and on time, including First Piece sheets, verification sheets, rework logs, and labelsEnter accurate and complete data into all required manufacturing systems, including SAP, CamLine, EDART, and MES, ensuring production records, material movements, and process information are correctly capturedContribute to continuous improvement by supporting waste reduction, process consistency, and product quality initiativesComplete miscellaneous tasks as assigned in support of the larger organization and production goalsMaintain a clean, organized and safe work area in accordance with the 5S principalsAlways wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and perform duties in a safe manner that aligns with all safety policies and proceduresCommunicate potential hazards, safety concerns, near misses, or incidents immediately to a supervisorPerform other duties as assigned to support the overall business goals and objectivesWhat We Seek:High School Diploma or equivalent required0-1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environmentBasic computer skills (email, data entry, inventory systems)Basic skills with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, etc.)Strong attention to detail, with the ability to detect deviations in product qualityAbility to use measuring devices, hand tools and fixturesWorks well independently and with others on collaborative projectsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentComfortable operating equipment such as a forkliftFlexibility to work any shift needed to support business demandPhysical Requirements:Lift and/or move up to 50lbsCan comfortably work in a clean room environment while wearing appropriate PPEAbility to perform repetitive gripping, twisting, bending, hand tool use and small-component handlingMust be able to work in confined spacesAdequate visual acuity to perform detailed inspections or precision workMaintain balance and coordination, especially when working on elevated platforms or in areas with uneven surfacesAbility to execute tasks that include squatting, kneeling, bending, reaching, and standingSafely work at heights, including climbing ladders or accessing elevated platforms, as required by the roleStand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of timeWhat We Offer:At Entegris, we invest in providing opportunity to our employees and promote from within.
