Our Company is a global logistics company providing end-to-end supply chain solutions across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Our services span ocean and air freight forwarding, 3PL warehousing and fulfillment, drayage, over-the-road transportation, and customs clearance.
Position
We are looking for a motivated entry-level freight forwarder to join our import logistics team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end import shipments, support customer accounts, and help ensure our operations run smoothly, compliantly, and on time.

$46,000 or above
Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee import shipments from origin to final destination
Utilize NVOCC and 3PL systems to manage freight operations efficiently
Collaborate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to optimize transportation routes and timelines
Manage customer accounts, including rate negotiations, service coordination, and issue resolution
Ensure compliance with applicable transportation regulations, customs requirements, and company policies
Qualifications
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Understanding of import transportation processes and freight handling practices
Ability to manage customer accounts and maintain strong client relationships
Familiarity with NVOCC, 3PL, and related operational systems preferred
Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
Work Schedule
8-hour day shift (Monday to Friday)
