We have an opening for a Chick‑fil‑A Team Lead position. The work schedule for this position will rotate to include a combination of opening, mid‑shift, and closing. Please only apply if you are available to work these hours and if you have previous Chick‑fil‑A experience.

Responsibilities
Uphold Team Members to Chick‑fil‑A standards such as:
Uniform and Hygiene Standards
Hospitality Standards
Cleanliness Standards
Run shifts and manage store operations
Serve guests by taking orders, handling cash and credit cards, making drinks and desserts while responding promptly and respectfully to guests’ needs.
Deliver meals to guests at their tables or a designated pickup area and provide excellent customer service at all times.
Maintain cleanliness of your work area, dining room, parking lot, restrooms and playground.
Stock sauces, cups, lids, etc. as needed to keep supplies adequate throughout the shift.
Effectively manage and lead a team of people serving guests while maintaining operating standards to provide the best hospitality and guest experience.
Coaching, teaching and training team members on policies and procedures and creating a positive work environment for everyone.
Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards.
Open and/or close the restaurant, leading the shift as a key holder.
Requirements
Hard‑working, team‑oriented, friendly, honest, and having great customer service skills.
Reliable transportation with a current driver’s license.
Authorized to work in the United States.
At least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Available to work any time, including Saturdays (time off can be granted for special requests).
At least one‑year previous Chick‑fil‑A restaurant experience.
At least one‑year previous Chick‑fil‑A restaurant management or leadership experience.
Clear communication skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to take ownership of assignments.
