This role offers the opportunity to lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact brand and marketing projects within a fast-growing, remote-first organization. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring that creative, technical, and marketing initiatives are executed smoothly, on time, and aligned with brand objectives. Acting as a central driver of project success, you will translate ideas into structured plans and ensure clear execution across multiple stakeholders, including designers, copywriters, and technical teams. You will also play a key role in optimizing workflows, improving processes, and strengthening collaboration across departments. This is a highly dynamic position where ownership, communication, and organization directly influence brand performance and growth.
Accountabilities
Lead the execution of brand projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.
Collaborate with IT, UI/UX, design, and content teams to deliver aligned marketing and branding initiatives.
Ensure consistency of brand messaging and identity across all platforms and communication channels.
Develop clear task definitions, workflows, and implementation plans to improve execution efficiency.
Monitor project and brand performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
Contribute to process optimization initiatives and propose scalable workflow improvements.
Support additional project management activities as required to achieve team objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher education.
1+ year of experience in project management or marketing-related roles.
Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp, JIRA, or similar platforms.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational abilities.
Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Solid understanding of branding and marketing principles.
Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
High level of ownership, accountability, and motivation to grow professionally.
