JOB DESCRIPTION
The Music Tech Intern would report directly to the Service Programming Department Associate Directors. The Service Programming Department plays a crucial role in producing high quality Sunday Services both online and in person, utilizing state of the art equipment and innovative approaches to enhance the worship experience. This position would be involved in music programming on a Digital Audio Workstation of weekly Sunday Services. This intern would have the opportunity to shadow and train in Live Sound Mixing. As part of the internship, candidates would also be a part of our Sunday Live Production Team on a weekly basis. Familiarity with Abelton Live or other Digital Audio Workstations such as Logic or ProTools is a plus. Candidates would also work closely with the staff on pre production work.
This is a part-time position, requiring 15- 20 hours per week. Additionally, this position may qualify for school credit. Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. This position is located on-site in Hoboken, NJ. We have a rolling interview process, so we encourage you to apply soon!
QUALIFICATIONS
Passion for music and technology with a desire to explore their intersection in a worship context
Familiarity with DAW, such a Abelton Live, Logic, or ProTools, preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Eligibility to work in the U.S.
Must be able to work on-site
Mus be available on Sundays
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with the Service Programming Department Associate Directors in music programming for Sunday Services
Gain hands-on experience in live camera work and shadow and train in Production Team positions
Work as a part of the Live Production Team in a weekly basis
Assist in pre production work alongside staff members
SCHEDULE
May 26 - August 13, 2026
Part-time, 15 - 20 hours per week depending on candidate
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
$250 - $500 stipend at the end of the internship
