Key Responsibilities

Process customer orders and purchase orders (POs) in the system

Prepare picking lists and coordinate with warehouse staff

Verify vendor invoices against quantities and pricing

Support receiving, shipping, and daily inventory tracking

Manage shipment scheduling and delivery coordination

Maintain accurate records of inbound/outbound inventory

Identify and report inventory issues (shortage, overage, aging)

Participate in monthly physical inventory counts

Support warehouse supervisors and part-time staff as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

1–2 years of warehouse, logistics, or SCM experience (food industry preferred)

Bilingual in English and Korean required

Strong multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented, team-player, able to work in fast-paced environments

Comfortable working in freezer environments

Proficient in Excel and Outlook
