Bell Services Support Summer Intern 2026- Casual Temp., $25.44/hour
Join our Bell Services Support team this summer as a host/hostess intern. In this full‑time, two‑month role from May 2026 through September 2026, you’ll assist bell personnel and Bell/Valet dispatch with tagging, storing, and retrieving guests’ luggage, coordinating with bell staff to ensure timely fulfillment of guest requests while upholding Disney’s renowned service.
Responsibilities
Greet guests with a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude.
Transport guest luggage, including but not limited to moving it from vehicles to the storage room and back.
Care for and store guest property securely.
Proactively address guest needs by answering questions, providing directions, and offering information about the hotel/resort or surrounding area.
Use mobile applications (HotSOS) to complete tasks.
Basic Qualifications
Currently enrolled or graduated within six months of application submission at an accredited college or university.
Ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations independently while effectively communicating with team members.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Enjoys working with people and possesses a friendly and outgoing personality.
Enthusiastic and has excellent guest‑service skills.
Flexible and adaptable, able to work in a variety of areas, conditions, and changing scheduled shifts and days off.
Maintains a clean and polished appearance.
Committed to safety.
Enjoys engaging with guests and fellow cast members.
Proactive in anticipating guest needs and receptive to special requests.
Maintains confidentiality.
Can complete tasks independently.
Willing to follow instruction and take direction.
Reliable and arrives on time for scheduled shifts.
Supportive of other cast members working as part of a team.
Detail oriented with the ability to multitask.
Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
Self‑directed, able to work with minimal follow‑up or supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Hawaiian or Japanese language.
Schedule and Availability
Summer casual temporary – full availability required seven (7) days per week, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
