Our client, a leading organization in supply chain and logistics, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join their team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be part of the Supply Chain support team, ensuring seamless communication between projects and supply chain groups. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Serve as a primary contact for order changes and escalations within the supply chain process.
Perform transactions in work orders to support order modifications and related operations in the ERP system.
Communicate all updates and changes to the distribution team to ensure accurate order processing.
Assist with inventory discrepancies and support credit return processes to maintain accurate stock levels.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with quality teams to resolve issues effectively.
What's Needed?
Associate's degree with at least 3 years of experience in a technical, project support, or coordination role.
Previous experience in warehouse or supply chain environments is a plus.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical activities like bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
