What's the Job?
Perform general repairs in individual apartments and across the complex, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, painting, and groundskeeping.
Conduct preventive maintenance on buildings to ensure safety and functionality.
Complete apartment turns efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Keep work areas clean and organized to promote safety and efficiency.
Maintain an inventory of supplies and tools, and perform seasonal tasks such as mowing and snow/ice removal.
What's Needed?
Basic working knowledge of building maintenance, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and groundskeeping.
Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail.
Highly motivated with a positive attitude.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow-up, and follow through effectively.
Ability to adhere to safety policies and procedures.
