What you will do

Drive opportunities to generate growth, profitability and reduce cost to serve through collaboration with customers to improve end‑to‑end Supply Chain efficiency
Monitor KPI metrics to understand service and efficiency trends within customers and identify opportunities for improvement (case fill, on‑time, inventory, slow‑moving/obsolete, and logistics efficiency). Share performance information with the team and distributors to develop collaborative approaches to correct inefficient behaviours or fix system disconnects/failures
Support the enforcement of Supply Chain Terms & Conditions with the customers and vendors
Drive Colgate Business Process – including warehouse process improvements, E2E freight and fulfilment, refinement and execution of standard operating procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Comply with all policies and standards
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university
Relevant work experience with prior experience in Customer Service, Logistics Operations, Demand/Supply Planning, Purchasing or Sales is desirable
Experience in Global Customer Supply Chain collaboration is highly preferable
Excellent communication skills (both internally & externally) and analytical skills are a must
SAP experience is highly recommended / Utilization of Supply Chain system, data, tools using SAP
