Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will take the lead in overseeing transportation, freight and order management operations for the South ASEAN Hub. Your responsibilities will include proactive leadership, strong expertise in order processing, vendor governance, warehouse management, and both international and local distribution. Robust SAP system knowledge and excellent troubleshooting abilities are essential. As the subject matter expert in Logistics and Order Processing, you will lead and implement effective logistics strategies, collaborating cross‑functionally to drive operational excellence and enhance customer satisfaction. Basic warehousing knowledge is required. At least 5 years of experience in logistics is required.

Manage end‑to‑end logistics operations, including order processing, shipping (imports & exports), receiving, and outbound transportation to customer receiving.

Collaborate with third‑party logistics approved vendors and cross‑functional teams to streamline and execute warehousing and distribution processes.

Implement best‑practice strategies to deliver cost savings and improve logistics operating costs end to end.

Drive & leverage D&A for improvement insights.

Monitor key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement in logistics operations.

Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and industry regulations.

Lead the Order Management team and foster a positive, productive work environment while driving order processing efficiency.

Troubleshoot system errors, identify root causes and develop effective improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent from an accredited college or university.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in logistics, order processing, and/or warehouse management.

Strong background in end‑to‑end logistics operations, including both international and local distribution.

Proven ability to work with SAP systems, with excellent troubleshooting capabilities.

Leadership experience in a Multinational Company (MNC) setup.

Drive performance by ensuring all projects are strictly calibrated against the company’s strategic roadmap.

Excellent communication skills (both internally & externally) and analytical skills.

Excellent problem‑solving skills to identify root causes and drive sustainable solutions.

Analytical & strong critical thinking, growth mindset.
