Role Description
This is a full-time, on‑site role based in San Diego, CA, for an Employment‑Based Immigration Paralegal. The paralegal will assist with a variety of tasks including preparing and filing legal documents, conducting research on immigration laws and visa requirements, and supporting attorneys in employment‑based immigration cases. Additional responsibilities include client communication, ensuring timely submission of documents, and maintaining case files to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Immigration Law and expertise in Employment‑Based Immigration
At least three years of experience with employment‑based Visas and Legal Document Preparation
Exceptional organizational and research skills
Proficiency in written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently and effectively in an on‑site environment
Paralegal certification or Bachelor's Degree required
