Responsibilities
Maintain and update Home Status Tracking Sheets with Lennar Mortgage and outside lenders.
Set up and maintain files for new agreements.
Audit new sales agreements, manage contract documents, and maintain job files.
Copy and distribute agreements to buyers and realtors, if applicable.
Schedule & coordinate CEL Walk, ACC Walk and settlement date and times with Production.
Update JDE with CEL Walk, ACC Walk and COE dates.
Update COE dates for current sales in JDE.
Send out all closing letters concerning settlement to the appropriate people.
Process all documents for communities that need to be FHA approved.
Review and sign Seller documents for settlements.
Set up closing folders for documentation and keys to be provided at settlement.
Maintain and update the closing calendar with Lennar Title and outside Title/Lender.
Assist the Division President and VP of Sales/Marketing with assigned projects as needed.
Requirements
Two years of escrow experience; homebuilding industry experience is a plus.
High School diploma or GED required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Valid driver’s license.
Current Notary Public (preferred).
Accurate typing speed of 60-70 wpm.
Excellent verbal, written, and oral communication skills.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Professional attitude to represent the company positively.
Ability to work under stress and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate computer keyboard, calculator and telephone equipment.
