As a Logistics Associate, you will provide support to manage controls around receipt, storage and shipment of Raw Materials and Finished Goods in a cGMP environment.

This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

Process all MERPS related transactions including Goods Receipts, Transfer Orders, Destroy Orders, Inventory adjustments, etc.

Complete inspections and maintain records for truck inspection, material handling equipment and department safety inspections, etc.

Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks to move stock or organize materials

Perform receipt and delivery of parcels to all site personnel

Ensure inventory levels remain accurate in SAP and perform periodic inventory counts

Complete all training assignments in a timely manner

Train new warehouse staff on use of all GSK systems and practices including MERPS, MyLearning, CDMS, safety policies and cGMP requirements

Execute the shipping of Bulk Products following established procedures to insure quality integrity and on‑time delivery

Arrange for removal of Hazardous waste from the warehouse and help enforce proper labeling of Hazardous waste material

Keep Warehouse SOPs updated and accurate, ensuring area adheres to all Zoning and 5S implementation

Why you?
Basic Qualifications

High School Diploma

2+ years working in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environment

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years experience in warehouse environment, inventory control systems

Material handling experience including forklift training

Understanding of GSK processes and Systems

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge in team building and customer care

Ability to work independently and under pressure

Basic computer literacy; Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Basic reading, writing and communication skills
