Seeking full-time, highly motivated, and organized individuals to join our maintenance department.
Responsibilities
Candidates for this position must have knowledge of general maintenance such as: repair fencing, replace doors, painting, tree removal, installing signs, light carpentry, and other maintenance items. Must be reliable and able to work with vendors and other employees in a professional manner.
Requirements
Mechanically inclined
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Valid Driver’s License (Required)
Clean MVR
Hours
Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
