Customer Service Representative
Hughes Exterminators is looking to hire a full‑time Customer Service Representative to provide uncompromised service support and administration to internal and external Service Center customers. This position is paid at an hourly rate based on experience.

A Day in the Life as a Customer Service Representative
As a customer service representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for internal or external customers. With incoming phone calls, you will investigate problems and find solutions. You will handle scheduling, payment collection, and updating customer files, while also making outbound calls to ensure technicians are fully scheduled and accounts are paid. Working as part of a team, you will strive to meet the service center’s monthly goals using strong computer skills, problem‑solving abilities, and a commitment to creating a positive experience in every interaction.
Minimum Qualifications
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
High school diploma or equivalent
Professional appearance
Ability to work a 40‑hour (minimum) workweek
Willingness to work minimal overtime as needed
