We Offer
Pay range of $20 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
Bonus program for on add-on repairs
Direct track to Surface Repair Technician and pay raise
No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available)
Paid holidays and time off
Weekly team meetings with breakfast provided
Company provided e-cargo bike (like Amazon's latest last-mile delivery solution) to get to job sites quickly while avoiding traffic, parking, and the subway.
Requirements
Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
Duties
Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
Communicate with the support team with questions
Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
Problem‑solve repairs with creativity

We repair minor damage to surfaces like floors, countertops, bathtubs, cabinets, appliances, furniture, elevator panels … almost everything!
