Back of House Team Member High School Student (16+)
At Chick-fil-A Centre Pointe, our Back of House Team Members are responsible for preparing high-quality food with speed, precision, and consistency. This is a great opportunity for high school students to gain real-world experience, build discipline, and develop strong work habits in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do
Prepare and cook menu items according to Chick-fil-A standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
Work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Support team members to keep operations running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
Must be at least 16 years old
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Dependable and able to follow direction
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Scheduling & Availability
Flexible scheduling around school and activities
Availability for evenings, weekends, and/or school breaks preferred
