Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
to provide
1:1 care and support
to individuals with developmental disabilities - and we'll provide the
training you need to succeed.
No prior experience in the field? That's okay. If you've cared for others, you already have the foundation.
What You'll Do (Caregiver / Companion Role)
As a DSP, you will:
Provide
1-on-1 support
in a home or community setting
Assist with
daily living activities
(routine, hygiene, meals, etc.)
Offer
companionship and emotional support
Help individuals build
life skills and independence
Support participation in
community activities
Act as a
mentor and positive role model
This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy
caregiving, mentoring, and helping others grow.

CPR, First Aid & Article 9 certifications included
